उत्तराखंड के अल्मोड़ा में आयुर्वेदिक दवाइयां बनाने की सरकारी कंपनी है, जिसका नाम इंडियन मेडिसिन फार्मास्युटिकल कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (IMPCL) है। 26 मई 2026 को केंद्र सरकार ने इसे 121 करोड़ रुपए में मेसर्स स्काईमैप फार्मास्युटिकल्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड को बेच दिया है।

IMPCL कर्मचारी संघ अध्यक्ष जयपाल सिंह रावत कहते हैं कि 145 करोड़ रुपए नेटवर्थ वाली सरकारी कंपनी को मात्र 121 करोड़ रुपए में निजी हाथों में बेच दिया गया। यह सीधे तौर पर खुला घोटाला है।

IMPCL की स्थापना वन विभाग की 40 एकड़ जमीन पर 12 जुलाई 1978 को हुई थी। इसके पास 1200 तरह की औषधियां बनाने का लाइसेंस था और वर्तमान में 575 तरह की आयुर्वेदिक और यूनानी दवाएं बनाकर देश के केंद्रीय अस्पतालों, रिसर्च संस्थानों और राज्य अस्पतालों को सप्लाई की जा रही थी।

He bought RR in 320 Crore in 2008.

Last Year, He invited bids to Sell 100% Shares of Rajasthan Royals.

Nisha sachdeva and Debjeet Gupta, co-founders of Columbia Pacific Capital Partners (CPCP) bid $1.7 Billions for RR.

Kal Somani Led Consortium backed by Rob Walton and Hamp Family bid $1.63 Billions for RR.

Manoj Badale rejected the bid by CPCP and sold the Franchise to Kal Somani Led Consortium.

He suffered a loss of around 700 Crore by not selling RR to CPCP.

Reasons :

- CPCP backed Investors had little or no experience in sports management
- Kal Somani Led Consortium is backed by Walton Family (Walmart) and Hamp Family (Ford Motors).
- Walton and Hamp Families owns Teams like Denver Broncos and Detroit Lions in NFL
- Waltons bought Broncos for $4.5 Billions in 2022
- Hamps bought Lions in 1963 for $4.5 Million (Today's Value : $4 Billion+)

Manoj Badale Chose a Consortium which had years of Experience of managing a Sports team even though the bid was lower by 700 Crores!!
