@JCLayfield I’ll add to this. Have any of you seen an average American 70+ year old man lately. Meaning one that didn’t wrestle and do what he loves for 30+ years to entertain us. The average 76 year old man in the US is dead. Flair looks great comparatively. So do most of these guys.

Sure it was a fun year. Sure it was fun to make it this far and have a competitive series with the Yankees. But this is our ceiling with the Dolan’s. Won’t ever get better.

This team, like many before it, had obvious issues. Needed another starter. Needed another big bat. Needed anyone with experience on the bench. And we got 2 scrap heap pitchers and Thomas at the deadline.
