Really fun mathematics game! We had the freedom of recording our data in anyway we liked. A great game for data representation and interpretation.

When answering our algebraic thinking we followed a framework by @MattSextonACU and @jillbrown_AUS. This framework encourages students to answer algerbraic questions in many ways, supporting multiple learning styles. We really enjoyed working this way

Working in the classroom with some fantastic year 5/6 students. Exploring Number sense, fluency building activities and students knowledge of Multiples. This was a fantastic learning experience, for us and the students as we linked Maths to a positive game experience. #Mathsweek

In week 5 , we learnt how to use Decipipes. Decipipes are a really good way to help students visualise Decimal Fractions, as they are concrete materials that don't have ties to whole number thinking. We found the materials easy to use and lots of fun. #mathswithMatt #ACU
