@WeaselFPL Pedro will almost never be made captain. There will always be a better option, even at Chelsea. Therefore, his points are largely irrelevant for your rank
@thermitfreak@Footballera0 what do you propose? A club should be allowed to spend whatever they like? Do you think that would be fair for clubs who are run well?
I’ve got nothing against Iraola. I actually really like him and if anything, I think he’s been set up to fail. Liverpool were awful last season and somehow he’s been handed an even weaker squad to work with.
But from a coaching point of view, what was actually different in his first game compared to what we watched under Slot last season? We were outrun, ridiculously easy to play through, wide open on the counter, defensively all over the place and still struggled to create clear cut chances. It was the same players, the same system and the exact same problems.
I know Iraola hasn’t been given what he needs but surely that makes changing something tactically even more important. You can’t spend an entire pre-season watching the same problems and then start the season doing exactly the same thing.
If you can’t change the players, change the system.
INCORRECT.
Bench boost gives you access to the points earned by your benched players. Come back to this tweet the next time one of your bench players score 10+ points in a week that you haven’t bench boosted
As always, FPL managers are forgetting their Bench Boost isn’t the players on their bench. It’s the lowest scoring GK and 3 outfield players in their squad.
I will die on this hill.
