Partial refund for our journey back, as we were not made aware there were no services yesterday when booking the ticket. There is also no option for specific trains on the greater anglia delay repay website. Please help! @greateranglia (2/2)

@greateranglia We booked a Euro High Saver Return ticket on Thurs 25th Sep from Shenfield to London St Pancras at the ticket booth. We looked to make the return yesterday, meaning we had to take an alternative route and couldn’t complete our return. Is it possible to get a (1/2)

@DavidDidau I agree with the thoughts on ECTs and trainees and trying to enable them to adopt pedagogies. Also feel this is often true of experienced teachers. Dylan William said one of the hardest things is to get teachers to change their habits/practice!
