Candidly, I haven't been in the best headspace, and want to be at my best.

And finally, Version 3 is, of course, a clarified peggnog punch. Pepsi, lime, rum, brandy, a blend of amari, falernum, citrus cordial, bitters, all clarified in rich nog. Perfect for when you want the taste of nog without the thickness.

Version 2 is a more traditional boozy nog, but with a Pepsi reduction instead of sugar. Very tasty, definitely stick to rums and brandies to pair with the cola. I used reposado tequila and it felt out of place.

@talkingnogcast A peggnog update: if you make it like an egg creme, it's delicious and you avoid any potential curdling. 1 part nog, 2 parts Pepsi added while stirring vigorously. Should be consumed in just a few sips.
