You are top category moron to generalise this. E rickshaw, if driven within the rules, should be allowed. But 99% of them dont follow rules and you can really regulate them because they have this poor man theory saving them.

Being poor doesn’t absolve one of the need to follow rules. How tf did you assume that I sit at home. I have lost a friend in allahabad because of an e rickshaw and that guy roams free till date. Dont comment like an idiot if you dont know the full story!

I have empathy and that’s why I am calling them out. Ply on roads to see the misery they cause. I , along with others, suffer everyday because of them . And you are nobody to tell me how I should live, Chumtiye! I have seen lives being lost because of an e-rickshaw taking an abrupt turn on a one way and a biker banging his bike into the e rickshaw and dying on the spot. I have complete empathy for those who follow rules, not those who flout rules.

What use is the highways of if there has been no concession on tolls being charged but we are asked to compromise with some patch issues? The policy making these days is so myopic and self centred that they have stopped considering the regular commuters’ interest. Despite FASTAG, tolls seeing significant delays with zero accountability from the toll operators. Not to forget the high-handedness of the toll employees if you question them on the delay in reading the FASTAG.

Delhi Mumbai expressway literally has patches which are unsafe for driving. They keep applying some temporary fix here and there and forget about it.

Who is held responsible for deaths in such cases?

Have you also looked at Gadkari’s answers to genuine public concerns, that are out there in public domain? They reek of absolute arrogance- somebody who thinks himself untouchable from accountability POV! And then you want all of us to credit him for the roads? Where has he got the money to build them from? Stop being so hypocritical!
