OneDosh has the worst customer support ever…
I tried creating an account and when it got to verification I submitted my documents and got the “Documents from Nigeria are not supported " message

WTF?
An app built for Nigerians doesn’t let Nigerians sign up?

Of course, I thought it was a technical error from their end, so I reached out through the in-app support channel to get things fixed, not once or twice, but three times.

Still no response for more than a week. So I reached out on X and Instagram, still no response.

Very disappointing experience.
And I highly do not recommend

And @getonedosh don’t you dare enter my DM asking to solve the issues again. As you can see, my account is already deleted.

You lot better spend more on customer service than marketing. Cause if you're done you can't retain your customers with that terrible service.
