@TheOfficialSBI your employees need basic training on banking guidelines, you cannot debit a third party account to regularise you loan accounts , when the neither there has been any nach/PDC return in the primary account registered for the active loan, nor is the acc delinquent.

SBI crosses all limits debits wrong account to regularise loan account inspite of primary account having sufficient balance with no cheques or NACH return.
