@SamsungSupport That doesn't help. I have tried it many times & all they come back is due to supply-chain issues, delivery date changed. We redid kitchen and timed it per the delivery date last time. But waiting till Jun 2022 and not being sure if it will be delivered or not - isn't acceptable

@SamsungSupport Order US058999179 was placed last year Nov 2021 & 6th time delivery date was changed - shows as Jun 15, 2022 now. Last 5 times, Samsung Support said that delivery date won't change anymore. This isn't the level of service expected from Samsung. Please help
