Everyone in my family started talking to me about my weight and everyone collectively agreed that I wasn’t fat and that bmi is stupid and that anyone who would look at me wouldn’t think I was fat and that really did something for me lol I need to drop 50 lbs asap to be smaller

I had lunch n planned supper, so it makes 1138c for the day when I eat supper later. Might take potatoes out or half the chicken to make it 1000 or less to be safe.

Wish I had a fitness watch to track my calories burned 🙃 I might be more ok with 1138 if I knew how much I burned

Ok I got distracted by tummy rubs and now I will weigh my meal out and if I feel safe I will perhaps have chicken burger and carrots and hummus cus I’m a big dog and I’m allowed to have more calories than youuu haaahaaa 🐾

Maybe I should boil carrots too tonight and weigh everything out right now like the chicken and the green beans and the mashed potatoes and carrots and portion it all out so I’m not losing my mind in the kitchen later, I think yezz

@Phoenixbby28 Well don’t weigh the peel, you aren’t gonna eat that part so there isn’t a point in weighing that too to calculate the calorie. That’s like weighting the whole jar of pb for only a little teaspoon of it lol

8oz chicken is about 250c, a can of green beans for me is about 40c, mashed potatoes 110c so that’s 400c total 🤓

Also carrots and hummus! Esp everything bagel hummus
