@miss_k_h_1 @AppleSupport I had the same, went to settings, mail, accounts, select account, account settings, changed the incoming mail server letters from imap to pop. Sent an email and it came straight through!

@iD_Mobile_UK Yes it’s a Mastercard and been no problem for the last year - address should be the same, no reason it’s different. Just can’t check at present as the app says there’s too many users and so won’t allow me to login!
