@drchatterjeeuk @THEanxietyMD Ok, never had anxiety, didn’t even know what is was. Hit Peri-menopause, felt like I was being hunted. Awful, terrifying few months, until I started HRT. Then vanished…. Anxiety is my opinion is not a mental disorder, but a physical one.

@garethkthomas @AutisticNW I absolutely loath this wheel of doom. (Parent of AS, ADHD, w pathological avoidance profile) Used to make my son feel like the school (ie teachers) hated him, and so in response his behaviour got worse. This should only be used in the background to support EHCP provision IMO.

@DPJHodges Reminds me of Hong Kong actually. I remember watching the residents trying to protest and thinking at least we have rights…and pondering on how important free speech is. It is a big deal.

@trevorsterl My son took a selfie with the police officers and them discussed why he’d really been stopped….anti social behaviour in nearby area…..I wasn’t outraged but was actually reassured.
