I will never forget this day! The day started out early morn when my husband called to go outside and look west when the active volcano was starting to erupt. I couldn't believe my eyes as I watched the sky grow dark. At first I thought it was just a huge storm brewing? But we didn't have storms like that in the state of Washington! It was a joyous day, as it was the day my seven year old daughter was to receive her first Holy Communion. By the time the ceremony was over, the darkness took over the sky above are church and people were on top of the roof watching it grow darker. Luckily, we lived south of where the ash was falling and only got no more than an inch on the ground. But as the day went on we heard about horrible news of people being stranded north on roads where they couldn't travel. Our neighbors were caught in a very small gas station with as many people that came for shelter. They said it was a very scary time for them.

This is what radical leftism is.

It is a poisonous resentment cloaked in the language of equality and justice, liberation, and an overwhelming need to tear down what greater men have built, to wreck what is beautiful and what is right, on behalf of people who are only filled with ugliness and have nothing else to offer the world.

Through violence and through terror, they once again seek to impose their ugliness on all of us.”
