@LauraLaneUPS @UPS is a disgraceful excuse for a company. Your employees admitted over the phone that they found my suitcases even listing the contents inside & proceeded to say the suitcases were”lost”. I also received 2 suitcases smelling of toxic chemicals and no one at @UPS seems to care.
