In a startup, you should seek out activities that seem hard, boring, annoying, and unscalable. The highest-value tasks are often hiding amongst them, and no one else has noticed because they seem unappealing on the surface.
I won’t be conforming to fear this year. I’m doing everything I’ve been afraid to do. I’m going against the grain that anxiety has made for me. I’m doing it ALL without looking back or second guessing myself. I will never know, if I don’t try!
