I have been in contact with EVRI, they are trying to locate my parcel. Every contact with SHEIN they are fobbing me off. I have been patient, but now they’re making me wait another week for money that is rightly mine! Where do I stand with this? Poor service @SHEIN_Official

I placed an order with @SHEIN_Official on the 2nd May 2026, the last tracking update I’ve had was on the 7th May, stating it was delayed and would be delivered the next working day. I have still not received my goods, totalling £153.98. SHEIN will not refund me until 22nd of May
