During the 25th Annual General Meeting held on July 31, 2026, NIC Holdings Limited announced key organizational updates:
Chief Executive Officer Transition with Mr. Dan Musiime as CEO, following the resignation of Mr. Elias Edu.
Board Leadership Updates: Welcoming Prof. Samuel Kisakye Sejjaaka and Mr Simon Kusiima Mwebaze to the Board to fill the Non-Executive Director positions left by outgoing members Mr Akinlolu Akinyele and Mr Bayo Folayan.
