Our preprint is out! We provide the most comprehensive characterization of the hydrogenase maturase complex HypCD. Using transfer assays, Alphafold predictions, cross linking MS (and more) we show how the Fe(CN)2CO fragment is safely transferred to the apo hydrogenase using ATP!
