The Islamic Republic has never been weaker. It would be a bitter irony if Trump’s team cut a deal as bad — or even worse — than the fatally flawed Obama deal they rightly scrapped in 2018.
Based on people’s reactions to the protests in Gaza, I landed upon a shocking fact:
Most people stand in solidarity with Gaza and not with the people of Gaza.
@welshpoppy2@koshercockney Those millions were ruled by the folks they elected. Poor choice, I know, not the first, nor the last.
Anyway, Israel exists because too many people think that Jews must leave.
🔴 Sexually abused by Palestinians:
“The Palestinian terrorists took me on a motorcycle to Gaza, while placing my leg on the exhaust, and sexually assaulted me on the way to Gaza.
I passed out.
I woke up half-naked, surrounded by seven Palestinian terrorists.
One put a gun to my head and said he would never let me go and would have children with me. They beat me up.
I was held in a tunnel, residential homes, and even a hospital."
Ilana Gritzewsky’s horrifying testimony from her time taken hostage by Gazans.

Who Fears Death by Nnedi Okorafor has amazing dialogues - with two chatacters, and with a lot more too. Need to close-read and learn the technique.

When I first read The Library of Babel from Borges, I found it a bit cheesy. It was nice, how accurately it described the Turing machine, but from a Comp Sci background there wasn't much else in the story.
Maybe I'm too easy to convince, maybe I'm gullible. I just don't hear the numerous Muslim voices stating that this is not what their religion is about.
Based on the smiley reactions I got on the daily status meeting, I conclude that skeletons falling out of the closet is a Hungarian idiom that I happened to translate it to English.
