social media has become important for communication whether we like it or not - we can't completely hide teens from that with Helen Lovejoy mentality

@metrotrains Extremely bad handling of Sandringham signal failure at Richmond. Staff had no information for the Sandy line passengers, only Frankston passengers, and kept trying to tell Sandy passengers to go to Caulfield. Not staff's fault, awful communication with them and us.
