I spoke with Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe @onduhungirehe. We discussed the extensive cooperation between our nations and I briefed him on issues in the Middle East. I expressed our support for the continuation of dialogue that will bring peace to the Great Lakes region. 🇮🇱🇷🇼
🔴🇳🇱 Van Nistelrooy on his future: “I’m here to help Man United and give my everything for the club in any capacity”.
“I’m helping as long as needed. In the future in any capacity, I’m here to help the club further to build towards the future”.
“That will never change”.
“Peace in our region is a priority for Rwanda. Yet it has been lacking, particularly in eastern DR Congo. But peace cannot be delivered by anyone from anywhere no matter how powerful if the party most directly concerned doesn't do what is needed." — President Paul Kagame #Inauguration2024
“Rather than leaving behind new divisions to be healed, our political process is designed to renew and deepen our unity.
Over the past three decades, what Rwandans have managed to accomplish, is even more than we expected.
Indeed, it is beyond what words can describe, given where we started from.
Our tragic past ignited a fire in each of us. One of hope, resilience, and justice.
This is who we have become as Rwandans.” President Kagame | #Inauguration2024 #Kurahira2024
“Those who destroyed this country for years went with all their wrongdoings, ours is a new Rwanda. I can see that many of you are still young; what we should do for ourselves, what we have to do for our nation, must be different from what they [our predecessors] did. It starts with each one of you. It starts with strengthening our security, fostering good governance, and not leaving anyone behind.” Chairman Kagame | RPF Presidential Campaign - Gicumbi District.
