@Officialwhyte22 I’d have started by revoking session from Entra ID, revoke MFA device tokens (require to re-register) for MFA, initiate immediate reboot from Intune & change pw. MSFT RMM commands take a while to propagate. 😢
+ If the user saves password to Egde/Chrome, they must change every pw
