@lufthansa I’ve called numerous times &had no luck& it sounding like the line has cut off after you say the wait is half hour-1hr to even get through 10p per minute I dread to think what calling a different country phoneline would cost me waiting that long! Surely there must be a better way

@lufthansa And the voucher that’s offered is very unclear! I booked my holiday 3/3/20 and can’t see the dates I want for next year just yet, how do I know I’m not going to lose all my credit? Plus is it fair to transfer a bigger balance onto flights that will be cheaper ?
