@Xfinity @comcast CEO Dave Watson should be made aware of the scams coming out of India with the “agents”they employ. I’m so disgusted with this entire
Company. Liars and scam artists

[Tami MowersThomas @tami2636]

@comcast your agents in India are pulling scams and no one seems to care. I need to be contacted asap. 856-207-5857. I will find the CEO’s info next. Thank you

[Tami MowersThomas @tami2636]

@Xfinity why is it so hard to speak to a supervisor in America? I do not want to speak to any Indian from India. They have messed up enough. Contact me ASAP.

[Tami MowersThomas @tami2636]

@Xfinity I need someone to contact me in regards to my account. A payment was made yesterday and an arrangement was made for the rest to be paid in 9/30/26 and today I was told my arrangement was no good and needed to so the balance as my service would be shut off.

[Tami MowersThomas @tami2636]

@comcast I need immediate help and the men in India are not helping me. I made a payment arrangement YESTERDAY. I paid 150.00 and set up a payment to come out on 9/30/26. Today I’m told that’s no good and needed to pay the remaining balance or my service was being shut off.

[Tami MowersThomas @tami2636]

@Discover At this point I want to talk to someone who runs discover. I don’t want an entry level supervisor. It’s a waste of their time and my time

[Tami MowersThomas @tami2636]

@PayPal @Discover
Is there anyone at either of these companies that can help me TODAY…the run around from both of them is insane. I need answers
Today

[Tami MowersThomas @tami2636]

@Discover I know agents are available 24/7 but NO ONE and I mean NO ONE can give a straight answer. Everyone wants to transfer to someone else and that happens MANY times and still NO ONE can give an answer.
