@USDA DO the right thing and help the dogs at Blue Ridge Kennel, who were found to have open wounds, masses on their bodies, & at least 4 dogs—Preston, Pongo, Star, & Shakira—were emaciated & a 12-yr-old lab named Blue who could barely stand was left to suffer: ON YOUR WATCH!!!!
