@MarkElDude And then sometimes I just hit the gym hella hard, spend hours flexing and dancing around my room (this is my fave) 🤪

@MarkElDude Lots of walks and touching grass, finding things I love drawing and doing it repeatedly (OCs, comfort characters..), trying out a different medium or style (paint studies, animal studies..) and def a lot of journaling/writing for self reflection!! ☺️
