@FirstWestYorks Yeah. Buses will be “live” on the app and then just not come… one came today but was late and kept disappearing off the app as well.

@FirstWestYorks what is happening with the 2 and 3 buses lately?! They will be on the screen at the bus stop saying they’ll be a few minutes or due, and then they materialise into… nothing. This has happened on several occasions and is resulting in lots of unhappy commuters!

@FirstWestYorks I have the app too and it’s the same. I get the 2 or 3 to work in the city centre, boarding at the Steinbeck Lane stop on Harrogate Road, Chapel Allerton and I attempt to catch a bus between 8:10 and 8:30 normally depending on when one turns up.

And that’s just on TikTok. The videos are cross posted as ads on Facebook and Instagram, and generate significant momentum on those platforms too. A little daunting, but definitely disruptive in the best way! 🚀
