@pharmeasyapp how does this help for a customer to know that the baby milk powder ordered was delivered almost 4-5 months left for expiry for a 1.2 kg pack and it is non returnable? And customer care cannot help in it. Don't you check the expiry before shipping?

@ola_supports I had booked a rider for an elderly family member and the driver reached the location for pickup. As the driver saw the elderly he asked him for the otp after receiving the otp he cancelled the ride and denied picking up taking advantage of the situation. I was charged as well.
