I'm definitely still a work in progress.
But I'm starting to think that protecting my attention is just as important as expanding my knowledge.
What do you think—is information overload something you've struggled with too?
I have a habit that I've always been proud of.
I read the news, long-form articles, watch Youtube deep-dives, listen to podcasts, keep up with AI, markets and tech... I genuinely enjoy learning.
Lately though, I've been wondering whether "more information" is always better.
The irony is that in a world overflowing with information, one of the most valuable skills may no longer be learning faster.
It may be learning what to ignore.
I've noticed a common pattern among several senior citizens around me. They own valuable homes, yet struggle with monthly cash flow because most of their wealth is locked in that one asset.
A reverse mortgage can help. It's an option more people should know about.
@RachieBros Happy Birthday @RachieBros. Just completed watching the Mrs Maisel today, enjoyed it a lot and you were terrific. Can't wait for the next season. :)
