@airindia I had an extremely disappointing experience on my recent flights (YYZ-DEL and DEL-YYZ). Here’s what happened:
•YYZ to DEL:
•Seat cushion was non-existent; I could feel the frame.
•Tray table was broken, kept falling, injuring my hand and knee.

@marcomendicino You need to clear the backlog first. Inaugurating multiple programs won't help unless you clear your backlog.
We Inland app are struggling to get an acknowledgement from you and your team on our pending applications since Q1 2020. Its the least expected.
