@Brock_Hall22 I worked at as a manager at a restaurant once during a tornado warning. We offered shelter to all customers outside before locking up and taking shelter
@Brock_Hall22 It would’ve been different if the doors were locked and they were sheltered. But if you’re standing and watching the weather (and people looking for shelter) then let them in.
@GORDONRENLIPS @JReecerBGDN @joeimel I’m actually glad that people have another option (outside of masks and PPE) to protect themselves. But this vaccine hasn’t been studied in humans until now. And we now have so much access to information that we are able to develop our own opinions & choices.
@rosphlps@GPParker2@bgdailynews@joeimel Didn’t say anyone in this thread said stupid. Sorry, I’m only allowed so many words And I hope you you didn’t take me as being an a$&. I’m just pointing out another perspective. We are ultimately responsible for ourselves first. No one should be forced is my point.
@HeartEarth6 @afinickycat @hotgurlkroniklz @Sportschik77@bgdailynews@joeimel Ever thought that the vaccine inhibited the variant? Just a thought. In the same way infections become resistant to medicines. Ex —MRSA
@Stephens_Farm @bgdailynews Apparently so is common sense. They blame it on the unvaccinated yet the vaccinated have been spreading it too. They’ve been running around free like they are immune. In their defense they were originally told they it would prevent it. They can’t even see they were lied to
@rosphlps@GPParker2@bgdailynews@joeimel Or don’t believe in the virus. Just research enough to question. So it boils down to personal choice of risk vs benefit. There’s so much more research to be done. Exactly why this is the human trail phase.
@rosphlps@GPParker2@bgdailynews@joeimel The vaccine doesn’t stop the spread. And the vaccinated were running around thinking they were safe from catching or spreading it only to learn otherwise. There just isn’t enough research period. Just because people choose to not get the vaccine does not mean they are stupid
@leigh63875406@bgdailynews And a possible significant decrease in adequate healthcare. There’s no guarantee that the vaccine will end Covid. The vaccinated can still spread/catch it. Covid has a pretty high survival rate (by no means am I saying it’s not serious). A person can not be unvaccinated
@GORDONRENLIPS @JReecerBGDN @joeimel Very new. It’s not approved. No other vaccine of its kind. And it doesn’t keep you from getting it or spreading it. Flu vaccines aren’t required for school.
