70% of Indians don’t get enough fibre.
We talk about protein all the time, but fibre is the nutrient we often forget. And unlike protein, fibre doesn’t come from animal foods like chicken, fish, paneer, or milk. Fibre comes only from plant foods.
Fibre helps with digestion, keeps you fuller for longer, and can help manage blood sugar spikes.
So I created this Fibre Board as a simple reminder to add fibre-rich foods to your diet and consume 25-30g of fibre every day.
Share this video and help me spread the Fibre Board Movement to every school, college, and office in India.

I have complained 5 times to add option of pluxee card on the blinkit app but there is no resolution till date. Every time i have to speak to a new customer executive and explain the issue. Every body says they have highlighted the issue but none has looked at it.

Before becoming one of Bollywood's most celebrated actors, Vikrant Massey walked away from a ₹35 lakh/month TV career to chase meaningful cinema.
When success disappeared, Sheetal Thakur never did.
She supported him through financial struggles, believed in his dreams, and held his hand until films like 12th Fail, Lootera, and Haseen Dillruba changed his life forever.
Today, Vikrant calls her the "Lakshmi" of his home—and this beautiful love story explains why. ❤
Who is the person who never gave up on you? Tag them below.

Purushottama Masa (also called Adhika Masa or Malamasa) 17th may to June 15th is an extra lunar month added in the Hindu calendar approximately once every 32 months to align the lunar and solar calendars.
It is considered extremely sacred in Vaishnava traditions and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu, especially in the form of Purushottama (the Supreme Being).
Why is it important?
Normally, lunar months are shorter than the solar year. To balance this difference, an additional month is inserted. Instead of being considered ordinary, this month was blessed by Lord Vishnu and became known as Purushottama Masa.
Spiritual significance
This month is believed to:
Multiply the effects of prayers, charity, and spiritual practices
Help reduce karmic burdens
Increase inner purification and devotion
Be especially beneficial for:
Jaap
Reading scriptures like Bhagavad Gita and Vishnu Sahasranama
Charity (Daana)
Fasting and sattvic living
Temple visits and seva
Common practices during Purushottama Masa
Chanting Vishnu mantras
Lighting lamps daily
Feeding cows, birds, and the needy
Donating food, clothes, or spiritual books
Avoiding unnecessary material indulgence
Performing extra prayers and vratas
Many devotees consider this month spiritually more powerful than even some major festivals because sustained sadhana throughout the month is emphasized.

World in the coming Days !!!!!
What we are witnessing now is the intensity I had been cautioning about for some time. A large part of the world is standing on the edge of conflict, and the pressure is only building.
This phase will grow sharper after January 16th, when Mars enters Capricorn and becomes exalted, amplifying force, authority, and decisive-often aggressive-actions.
Even in India, situations may feel tense and demanding, with emotions running high and reactions becoming swift. In such times, impulsive responses can escalate matters unnecessarily.
The wisest approach now is inner discipline. Keep your mind cool, your thoughts clear, and your reactions measured.
Calm awareness is not weakness-it is protection. Those who remain centered will navigate this period safely, while chaos primarily affects those who act without restraint.
