Starting with Epoch 273 (Feb 1), the commission for IOTA validators PANDABYTE I and PANDABYTE II will increase from 0.6% to 0.99%.

Why this change?
• Rising infrastructure costs (reliable ops, monitoring, redundancy)
• To keep things sustainable on our side and align a bit more with the wider validator landscape.

📢Reminder: Upcoming commission changes!

With tomorrow’s epoch transition (Epoch 132), PANDABYTE will announce the commission changes within the network. The new rates take effect with Epoch 133.

Commission changes:
🔹 PANDABYTE I (PB1): 0.8% → 0.7%
🔹 PANDABYTE II (PB2): 0% → 0.7%

Our commitment remains the same: we aim never to exceed 1% commission. This update marks our second reduction since the launch of PANDABYTE I (PB1).

We’ll continue investing in reliable infrastructure, diligent monitoring, and transparent communication.

Thanks for standing with us as your validator—we’re excited for what’s ahead for IOTA.
