@bphope4Bipolar I take meds, meditate, pray, magnesium but sleep still evades me. Mind does shut down. 30-120 minutes to fall asleep. Made dietary changes, no increase in sleep hormones. Also adhdtistic. How much of this is adhd or autism or bipolar?
