I booked a table at a restaurant from Dineout and paid via Swiggy at the restaurant.
Upon showing the payment screen, the restaurant said that they don’t accept payments through Swiggy and that I will have to pay cash. Weird right??
I spoke to Swiggy to revert my payment. @Swiggy

Post which I paid the restaurant directly.
Now when all this happened, the Swiggy agent did not tell me anything about dinecash. I want my dinecash back as that is also money I paid but I am being denied that. I mean why!?!?!?! @Swiggy @SwiggyCares

Multiple deliveries are just cancelled without any intimation although the items are available on the app. Why is this?
Is it just because I order them again and I can be charged platform fees??? @MyntraSupport @myntra

@agilusDx We haven’t received any resolution yet. We want the difference amount back as the negligence was from your end. I have spoken at length with your people and turns out that many standard policies were bypassed. Kindly stop cheating patients and give our money back.

@agilusDx My uncle went for a test prescribed by the doctor. But u guys not being equipped to perform that test, did something else costing 3x the price. Then when questioned, you blame the patient to not have adequate knowledge about the tests. Laughable isn’t it?

@agilusDx We have contacted multiple times but no resolution yet. Instead the patient has been continuously blamed for agreeing to the lab technician. Are you people alright?? If a patient thinks that the correct test is being performed, they will obviously agree with the clinic.

@airasia My luggage, due to mishandling by @AirIndiaX staff, has been torn to the point that it won’t be usable anymore… and they are just trying to get away by saying that this is normal wear and tear….. I want a replacement or payment for this bag… this nonsense won’t work…
