🔥🚨BREAKING: I am requesting for the DOJ to launch a probe on Governor Tim Walz. He publicly promoted the “No Kings” protest and is even a headliner for the event. It has just been revealed that Rep. Melissa Hortman assassin Vance Boelter had “No Kings” napkins in his car and was a Tim Walz appointee to one of the governor’s boards.

There is no doubt that if the roles were reversed Joe Biden would have launched an investigation. This is extremely disturbing when you consider how the No Kings protest is a direct response to ICE and that Hortman was the ONLY Democrat to vote against free healthcare for illegals.

We need an immediate and I mean immediate investigation on Governor Tim Walz, this man is a former Vice President candidate, this can’t be overlooked, the implications and monumental.

Yesterday, I waited outside of the US Capitol for HOURS in the hot sun so I could confront and question Blue State governors about their OPEN BORDER POLICIES and their attacks on President Trump’s immigration enforcement.

I was told I had to LEAVE because only journalists with hard passes could stay in the perimeter during the vote inside the Capitol.

How come @SpeakerJohnson hasn’t issued hard media passes to the many independent journalists who are working hard to expose open border Democrats who want to destroy our country? @LoomerUnleashed needs our passes approved, Mr. Speaker. And we aren’t alone.

I hope this is resolved soon. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Wow. This DHS letter from Kristi Noem to Harvard is pretty extraordinary. Not only does it prohibit Harvard from enrolling foreign students moving forward, any currently enrolled foreigners will have to transfer to other universities to maintain their status:

"This decertification also means that existing aliens on F- or J- nonimmigrant status must transfer to another university in order to maintain their nonimmigrant status."

Noem's letter claims that Harvard has refused to comply with multiple DHS requests for information about its foreign student population's harassment of Jewish students as well as its DEI initiatives. They have 72 hours to comply or the prohibition will remain.

This would basically be a death penalty for Harvard as a top global academic institution.

If that’s happening and you have written proof of the hospital stating that they will only provide services to patients referred by their employed physicians, that is a flagrant violation of Stark (Medicare patients) and anti kickback laws (all patients) along with antitrust laws; plus if any are on Medicare it is potentially Medicare fraud and at a minimum likely violates conditions of participation; if your local counsel needs assistance with a qi tam filing or stark, anti kickback enforcement, have them dm me.

I am a licensed physician practicing in the state of Iowa, and I have uncovered a very concerning practice pattern with large healthcare institutions.

Healthcare facilities in the state of Iowa are refusing to acknowledge orders from licensed physicians. I have several patients who need services only available at large centers, and we have been refused on multiple occasions.  The correspondence we receive back states that our patient must see a clinician "in their system” in order to get the necessary services.

One specific example is a 20 year-old female who needs a picc line (Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter). This is an IV line for long-term access, generally done in a radiology department. I placed the order and sent a referral. We were denied, stating that the patient needs to see someone in their system. There is no medical reason for my patient to see another healthcare professional, other than increasing billables.

As most of these institutions are funded by federal and state healthcare dollars, I don't understand how they can deny services and fail to acknowledge a valid medical order from a licensed physician.

Can you please look into the legality of this situation?  It is paramount to a monopoly in healthcare. As an independent physician, I am not able to access critical services for my patients if this practice is allowed to continue.

I have also observed this practicing other states, and will be bringing this to the attention of other attorneys general as well.
