I did not manage to backup the information, so a factory reset is not an option. Help! How can I resolve this and get the surface working again?? Anyone had this issue before?? (2/2)
@Microsoft@MicrosoftHelps I have a Surface Pro (5th Gen) and there’s a black screen with the logo and this icon. I have followed all procedures on your web as well as been to the support Center in Regent street London and the only option offered was a factory reset. (1/2)
