I will always support my local community. During the covid-19 crisis supporting our communities needs to be prioritised. With help and support from organisations and volunteers my project will continue, until we our out of this crisis 🖤
This account was made for personal reasons. For the time being I don’t post on here so I’m retiring it. My new account @tanishabramwell is LIVE and my work is uploaded daily. 👋🏽
#foodbank requests today.
One is from a single mother with two children. The mother hasn’t eaten in 2 days, she’s requested only baby food, nappies and food for her children.
Today she will receive enough food for 2 weeks for all her family including herself from my team.
Today I had an unusual #foodbank request. A mother in need. Her sons birthday tomorrow. She asked for some buns for his birthday as she’s struggling.
Today we paid for balloon, banners, cards, badge, cake, buns and gifts. Thank you Kate Binns. #support
This week we caught up with Armaan Khan who is standing for Normanton as a labour candidate for the upcoming local elections.
We had some good conversations surrounding needs, politics and the community. Good luck Armaan. #localelections#labour
I am today appalled and disgusted by @WYP_Dewsbury and the handling of a case of someone whom has limited mental capacity. There negligence has had serious ramifications and our solicitors will be seeking justice.
Disgusted. #mentalhealthmatters

Over the past 6 days whilst I have been recovering, my team have been hard at work, setting up new racking, delivering food parcels to those in need and completing food shops for our food bank.
Huge thank you to my team for the work done this week! 📦
