Our building has 2 water lines, 1 doesn't get water when there is low pressure. 2nd line is not getting any water since last 6+ months; there was a maintenance work carried out by BMC on the road side, that broke some part in the water line. Please help fix 2nd line

Like today, our building is not getting any water, whenever there is low pressure. All neighboring buildings are getting water regularly. Please help resolve, this has been going on since many weeks and we have to keep ordering tankers.
