@O2 I think I have been patient enough waiting for this order and a ยฃ6 credit is laughable, no messages / email with any updates I have had to chase, yet as soon as a bill is late you are ringing, messaging or emailing
Maybe you should show the same urgency in dispatching orders??
What a shambles of service from @O2 ordered a phone for my daughters birthday was due on 3rd December,
5 different calls made totalling 4hrs and no further along on when I will receive this and told something different on every call, but its ok I have been offered ยฃ6 credit ๐๐

And then all you do is offer ยฃ6 credit itโs laughable, yet if a bill is late you ring email and text straight away maybe practice that same urgency in dispatching orders??
