@elonmusk@libsoftiktok@FoxNews New York will be the real-world test in the coming years: whether his policies will make the city richer, or merely make it ‘fairer’ on top of an economic pile of ashes.
@LeadingReport The CIA and the U.S. intelligence community are evaluating themselves. The letter from 51 former intelligence officials in 2020 (related to the Hunter Biden laptop) → Many of the signatories had connections with the CIA.
@SamAntar If Khanna is truly confident in his accusations based on solid evidence, then the lawsuit is the best opportunity to prove it. A television debate is merely a way to dodge accountability when faced with the threat of real consequences.
If he were just a normal “rich son-in-law,” without a seat in Congress, there’s no way he would have achieved such insane trading volume, such perfect timing, and such “god-tier” performance. This is exactly the privileged advantage that comes with holding public office — the classic “wife and kids hold the assets, husband brings home the information” scheme.
Without entering the House of Representatives, there’s absolutely no chance he would have this kind of volume and frequency. Public office provides the information, the network, and the “wife’s trust” shield to trade at such a ridiculous pace.
Ms. Vanessa Frazier (and the office of SRSG-CAAC) asserts that the report is based on “verified evidence” through the UN’s MRM (Monitoring and Reporting Mechanism). However, in reality, in Gaza — where Hamas completely controls information, civilians, and many local organizations — the primary sources of information come from:
• Palestinian organizations, local witnesses, and data from the Gaza Health Ministry (managed by Hamas).
• UNRWA and its local partners, for which Israel has publicly presented evidence showing that hundreds of UNRWA employees have ties to Hamas/PIJ (Israel estimates ~10-12% of more than 12,000 employees in Gaza, with some directly involved in the October 7 attacks).
@joncoopertweets Yes, Donald Trump is the only president in the 21st century to win both the popular vote and sweep all the major battleground/swing states in a presidential election.
If the founders ‘failed terribly’ as Obama claimed, then how could a person like him rise to the highest office in the land? That is precisely the success of the constitutional framework they left behind — a document with a built-in self-correcting mechanism (amendments, courts, and democracy) rather than a rigid system like in so many other countries.
You pour your blood, sweat, and tears into it — accepting a 90% chance of failure, borrowing money, working 80–100 hours a week for years on end — and then, the moment you succeed, the government jumps in and demands half the company in the form of a “one-time stock tax.” It sounds a lot more like the protection racket of street thugs than a fair government policy.
The government doesn’t invest any money to buy 50% of the shares (like a normal VC would). They simply force you to hand over 50% equity once the company hits $200 million in annual AI revenue. Founders and early investors lose massive control and suffer horrific dilution.
If the startup fails (which most do), the founder loses everything. If it succeeds, the government takes half. The incentives are completely warped — why would anyone still take that kind of risk to build something big in America?
@blackhawkce457 Media and politicians often pick “enemies” that fit their preferred narrative: Musk serves as the symbol of “uncontrolled capitalism” for wealth tax advocates, while Soros and Gates are seen as the “good guys” because of their ideological alignment.
Demanding to “tax the rich” sounds fair on the surface, but in reality, it’s striking at the factories, products, jobs, and the future. Elon isn’t “sitting on a pile of useless cash” — he’s using that capital to change the world (electric vehicles, global internet access, and drastically lowering the cost of space travel). Destroying that only makes everyone poorer, instead of actually making the poor richer.
Taxes are necessary to maintain society, but a Warren-style wealth tax on innovators like Musk is like punishing the success of the fastest runner instead of encouraging everyone to run faster. History shows that countries which prioritize innovation and opportunity tend to reduce poverty more sustainably than extreme redistribution.
This is exactly why Biden’s policy is considered a historical crime: They created a deep wound that, no matter how hard we try to repair it, can only be mitigated to some extent — it cannot be completely erased. Millions of people entered the United States under that policy, and the consequences will linger for decades:
• The dead are dead.
• Children who have already been destroyed are extremely difficult to fully heal.
• Criminals already inside the country will take many years and enormous resources to root out and remove.
@nicksortor If you want to protest, stand still, chant slogans, hold up signs — don’t block the road of people who are doing their legal jobs. If you’re masking up + FAFO, don’t be surprised when you get dealt with.
Cutting off the mic and temporarily withholding the diploma (which was later awarded) was a reasonable response from the school to maintain order, not “silencing” her. If she truly wanted to speak out about those issues, there are plenty of other platforms: social media, protests, articles, interviews… rather than turning the graduation day of hundreds of other students into her personal show.
🔥🤣 WOW… DANA BASH REALLY JUST SAID THIS ON CNN:
“Republican votes tend to be counted CULTURALLY first. Then once the votes that are there legally it looks different.” -
“It is not unusual for California. It is NOT a sign of fraud. President Trump is using the slow pace to sow misinformation about election integrity.” - Bash
So why from the 60’s to 90’s/ 2000’s Cali have results within 24-48 hours?
This slow counting only became normal in the 2000s after California made permanent mail-in voting easy. CA became the most populous state in 1962 & still results came in on election night.
Only now is the high population their excuse?
I’m SO glad CNN is taking the time to remind everyone that NO election fraud is happening in California… and President Trump is just spreading misinformation again.
What does “Counted culturally first” mean?
