@IrishRail The train services between Cork & Mallow has been suspended on 2nd May. I have been provided an alternate option for my Cork to Dublin train ticket for that day i.e. transfer via Bus service till Mallow. But I don't want to avail that and need a full refund instead.

@Buseireann I need to travel from Cork Kent station to City Hall and I boarded the Bus no. 226 towards Kinsale. But the driver said that we aren't allowed to travel on that Bus as it only serves beyond Cork City.

We are always taught to face the challenge but @flipkartsupport cancelled the order without customer's consent.
