India and Norway have elevated their bilateral ties to a Green Strategic Partnership during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Oslo visit, with both countries focusing on clean energy, blue economy, trade, innovation, Arctic cooperation and sustainable growth.

The two sides also underlined the aim of doubling bilateral trade by 2030 and deepening collaboration in areas such as offshore wind, carbon capture, ocean governance, digitalisation and research.

सहकारी, खासगी दूध संघांना दूध पुरविणाऱ्या शेतकऱ्यांना प्रति लिटर ५ रुपये अनुदान

राज्यातील सहकारी संघ व खाजगी दुध प्रकल्पांना दुध पुरवठा करणाऱ्या दूध उत्पादक शेतकऱ्यांना दुधासाठी प्रतिलिटर ५ रुपये अनुदान देण्याचा राज्य मंत्रिमंडळाच्या बैठकीत निर्णय

राज्यातील सहकारी दूध संघ व खाजगी दूध प्रकल्पांमार्फत संकलित होणाऱ्या गाय दुधाकरिता दुध उत्पादक, शेतकरी यांना प्रतिलिटर ५ रुपये इतके अनुदान देण्यात येईल.

सहकारी दूध संघ व खाजगी दुध प्रकल्पांमार्फत दुध उत्पादक शेतकरी यांना ३.५ फॅट /८.५ एसएनएफ या गुणप्रतिकरीता किमान २७ रुपये प्रति लिटर इतका दर संबंधित दुध उत्पादक शेतकऱ्याच्या वैयक्तिक बँक खात्यावर रोखविरहीत पध्दतीने (ऑनलाईन) देणे बंधनकारक राहील. तद्नंतर, शेतकऱ्यांना शासनामार्फत ५ रुपये प्रतिलिटर बँक खात्यांवर थेट वर्ग (डीबीटी) करण्यात येईल.

फॅट व एसएनएफ ३.५/८.५ या गुणप्रतिपेक्षा प्रति पॉईन्ट कमी होणाऱ्या फॅट व एसएनएफ करीता प्रत्येकी ३० पैसे वजावट करण्यात येईल. तसेच प्रति पॉईन्ट वाढीकरीता ३० पैसे वाढ करण्यात यावी.

सदर योजनेच्या अंमलबजावणीकरीता बँकेमार्फत विशेष सॉफ्टवेअर विकसित करून त्याद्वारे अनुदान दुध उत्पादक शेतकरी यांच्या बँक खात्यावर डीबीटीद्वारे देणेबाबत मान्यता देण्यात येत आहे.

नोव्हेंबर, २०२३ मधील आकडेवारीनुसार सहकारी दूध संघ व खाजगी दुध प्रकल्पांमार्फत होणारे दुध संकलन १४९ लाख लिटर प्रतिदिन इतके आहे.

प्रस्तावित रू.५/- प्रतिलिटर अनुदानप्रमाणे एक महिन्याच्या कालावधीकरीता अंदाजित रू.२३० कोटी इतके अनुदान आवश्यक राहील. तथापि, प्रत्यक्ष होणाऱ्या दुध संकलनातील घट वा वाढ यानुसार उपरोक्त रकमेत बदल होण्याची शक्यता आहे.

योजना ११ जानेवारी, २०२४ ते १० फेब्रुवारी, २०२४ या कालावधीकरीता राबविण्यात येईल.
