@British_Airways if you’re going to replace every single branch of your business with bots, at least make sure the bots can actually support humans. Hint hint. They can’t.
@British_Airways cherry on top is that I have tried to upgrade my seat on the 2nd leg and have been given conflicting information at every turn in the London airport. I’m usually quite an easy traveler, but this has been the worst customer service experience ever.
@British_Airways Amex Platinum suggested I message a time-stamped messaged to the airline and dispute it so I could book the correct flight because there was literally no other way. I have been in this dispute since Jan.
@British_Airways I booked a 4-leg flight and messed up one of the legs. Tried to cancel within the 24 hour grace period but no one would pick up their customer service phone. Called repeatedly for 24 hours.
@British_Airways I literally just told a gate agent about how BA has double charged me for a $1700 flight and was told no one at the airport could help me so I should try TWITTER… I resisted the urge to succumb to bots have taken over actual customer service, but here it goes.
Pulled my neck muscle to bed ridden status, got COVID for the first time, and just procured a pain-radiating, not-walkable ankle sprain from stepping in a hidden hole on the beach. All in a week’s time. If anyone needs bodily bad juju for their enemies plz come take it from me.
