@Walmart now they have found “most” of our items and shopped for the lost one, but because we are “outside the pickup time” (four hours ago) they can’t refund substituted item… of course they can’t.

@Walmart my wife has been sitting in the pickup parking for the Johnson City, Browns Mill Road location for four hours. Order was ready 30 minutes before that. She has talked to multiple people who said it was not ready, then ready, then part of the order was lost. Ridiculous.
