I’ve had a lot of proud moments through the years but today was probably the most proud I’ve been of Tanner. He made the choice to be baptized and today he gave his life to Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Love you Tanner! 🙏

Regis’ Tanner Rice concluded his summer on Friday, representing the AZ Sandlot in the Copper State League All-Star game.

If finishing the summer as an All Star wasn’t enough, Rice’s extraordinary play in the field during the All-Star game resulted in him being named the Defensive Player of the Game!!

Rice’s All-Star selection was one of the easiest decisions in fielding the teams as he finished the summer with a .421 BA and a .558 OBP.

Considering Rice’s regular season stats, it’s not surprising he hit an RBI single in the All-Star game to go along with his Defensive Player of the Game Award.
