@flynorse Why will you not respond to Gotogate requesting a refund on my behalf for a simple duplicate order made via their site? 842708, 822764, 833011. They've been waiting for response for more than a month. You told me your finance team would contact me ASAP over 2 weeks ago.

@HMRCcustomers I already tried to ask for an adviser in the webchat just as you described and that's why I reached out to you here and asked "when are advisors available?". What a nice circle. Also, it costs me money to call the UK; please don't make me pay to try to pay you.
@HMRCcustomers Yes. As I said, I don't have a UK passport; it asks for both a UK passport and a UK driving license. I only have a provisional UK driving license.
@HMRCcustomers Self-assessment. Issue is that I have changed phone number and cannot receive two-factor authentication code. I don't have a UK passport, only a UK provisional driving license.
@boltapp Another 9 hours waiting with no response. This company basically doesn't have chat support. You're looking at a multiple day ordeal if something goes wrong. No time sensitivity.
