@zomatocare What a horrible delivery service, zomato. Last night one item from my order was missing bcz the delivery guy forgot the item, he later refused to go and pick it up when the restarnt asked him to. Today for lunch I got half my order. I still haven't got refund for any

The customer care has blatantly refused to refund me for the item missing. I had ordered a 30 cm SUB from subway and I only got half of it which is 15 cm sub. I had paid for the foot long (30 cm) NEED MY REFUND!
