@PianoIRLBear it's a bit lengthy but you can read my replies to this person, but tldr kuroo says aki is claiming to be the creator of these vtubers and I think the evidence kuroo puts out to prove that are semantically ambiguous. big claim + small evidence = the issue.
@Tanoshinu_ the pins are literally of the people who kuro drew models of and aki is claiming the same people who have commissioned kuro as his own kids and gave the pins to himself. the dog bone is and lightning bolt are the the same people on aki model when he had no involvement in making
A. claiming to be the "papa" of a vtuber is claiming that they rigged their model, every vtuber knows this.
B. just because he has the pins and has been seen in one singular instance calling one of them "son" doesn't prove he made said claim.
if you cannot see the intellectual hoops you had to jump through to get to that conclusion then there's no point in continuing this discussion.
I didn't refuse any proof at all, I simply said that the "proof" can be interpreted with pretty great liberty. And when your entire case of "theft" against someone hinges solely on wishy washy evidence, I think that's irresponsible at the very least.
Similarly, you failed to provide any reasoning as to why we SHOULD rule out all other possibilities and blindly accept that they indeed are making claims that they themselves made the models of their vtuber siblings.
p.s. i find it hilarious that you have somehow deviated from all logical discussion and defaulted to "us vs them", that's very twitter of you!
@KumiSenko just because I call my friends dad, mom, son, sister does not equate to actual familial delusions. This is the weak evidence I mentioned earlier that is, once again, entirely deniable if you plead semantics.
@KumiSenko I don't see anything wrong with this, given that this aki person was also part of the "family". This is evident from "we could start on yours by the end of this month". There are more explanations as to why he would have pins of his vtuber siblings than evidence ruling them out.
@KumiSenko the evidence that supports his claim "has had a history of claiming them as his own children" is the issue I'm trying to point out. A bridge built on the basis of spaghetti simply has no standing.
once again, I'm not disagreeing that the pin is in fact the vtubers in question. I'm disagreeing with the "then claiming spina as his own", because this entire issue hinges on the fact that he is making that claim. I'm saying that the evidence that suggests he is making that claim is weak.
@KumiSenko yes, I understand what he is alleging. I'm disputing the evidence he put out that he's putting behind that allegation. I think the evidence is meek and inferred, to the point where if the accused just pleads semantics he would be able to defend himself.
